Therefore, the motor wiring board material has obvious advantages in temperature resistance, insulation performance and mechanical performance. In the past, ceramic materials were generally used to make the binding posts. However, although the ceramic material manufacturing terminals are superior in temperature resistance, they are not strong enough, and the assembly and use process are prone to chipping problems. The motor terminal board is also made of plastic materials, but the high temperature resistance of the plastic is not good, and the plastic is prone to aging under the long-term high temperature, so that the performance of the motor wiring board is degraded. In the past, most of the motor wiring boards were phenolic resins commonly known as bakelite materials for the production of motor wiring boards, but the bakelite materials have improved compared with the previous two materials, but the bakelite materials are relatively monotonous in color, and the strength is not very good, and the appearance of BMC materials makes Motor terminal board materials are moving toward BMC materials. BMC materials are often referred to as unsaturated polyester bulk molding compounds in China. The main raw material is a dough-like prepreg which is sufficiently mixed with GF (short-cut glass fiber), UP (unsaturated resin), MD (filler), and various additives. BMC materials were first applied in the former West Germany and the United Kingdom in the 1960s, and then in the United States and Japan in the 1970s and 1980s. Because BMC materials have excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, that is, meet the performance requirements of various motor wiring boards, and adapt to the molding process to facilitate the large-scale production of motor wiring boards, so BMC materials It is possible to manufacture motor terminal blocks instead of bakelite materials.
